Common Fan-foot Pechipogo strigilata
(Linnaeus, 1758)
Wingspan 30-35 mm.
Despite its English name, this species is distinctly uncommon and only occurs locally in parts of southern England, although it was commoner in the past.
Like many of the fan-foots, the larvae like to feed on withered leaves.
Flying at night in May and June, it can be attracted to light.
